Referral Disclosure

What we are: The Deston is a referral service that connects homeowners with independent local plumbers. We do not perform plumbing work, employ plumbers, set prices, or guarantee any plumber’s work.

How money moves: The connection is free to you. We are paid by our lead partners for the connection. You pay the plumber directly for any work you approve — we never take a cut of the job.

What this means for you: The plumber who takes your job is an independent business. Your contract for work is with the plumber, not with The Deston. The plumber sets pricing and schedule.

What we don’t do: We don’t guarantee pricing, arrival times, or outcomes. We don’t sell your contact details to lists or lead marketplaces.

Calls: Calls to (888) 418-3086 may be recorded for quality and training. By calling, you consent to recording where permitted by law.
